How a visit goes

What the desk actually sees

These are captures of the current release running on a test instance with seeded, fictional visitors (the faces are generated). Nothing is mocked up or retouched; the product changes, so the captures will be refreshed with it. Start free and you will be looking at the real thing in a quarter of an hour.

Where it runs today

Union City Board of Education, New Jersey A K-12 district running EduQueue across its schools for visitor check-in, student attendance and PowerSchool sync. The screening and badge flow on this page is the one their front desks use every school day.
City of Union City, New Jersey City Hall uses the same platform for walk-in visitors to municipal departments, with the municipal dashboard the paid plan adds. Same code, different building.

Both are live production customers. We publish nothing about either beyond what is written here without their say-so.

Why give it away

A single building with a receptionist and a sign-in sheet is the most common front desk in the country, and it is the one nobody sells to. Building it costs us nothing extra: the free plan is the same software the district and the city run, with the per-building and per-module switches turned off. Some of those buildings will grow into districts, some city departments will become city halls, and some will stay free forever. All three are fine with us.
